We booked the room based on the ratings, but those ratings must have been inflated somehow to make it look better. Everything is old, worn, stained and outdated. A few issues: some related to other guests/animals above us that affected our experience, and some issues possibly(?) related to recent heavy snowfall in the area. In-suite instructions would have been very helpful. Management was responsive to check out feedback.
