”We had an excellent stay! The apartment was clean, spacious, very well equipped. Air-condition was powerful and window did isolate road noise. The location is supersede ( near famous King David Hotel). Only the matrasses of children bed were a bit hard”

I stayed here with my daughter for a week while visiting her. The staff was wonderful, very responsive and accommodating. I can’t wait to go back to Israel and I would definitely stay there again ”

”The Even Israel apartments have an excellent location if you want easy access to town and the Old City. The apartments are new and beautifully furnished. Benjamin’s service was excellent. Cleaning fee is additional to daily rate. Access to the apartments with lots of luggage requires a bit of negotiation. ”

”A very nice place centrally located in the heart of new Jerusalem. Nearby are all the shops, restaurants, and the tram line. A 15-minute walk to the Old Town (Jaffa Gate). The room was good for the price, the wi-fi worked great. The only minus was that the shower didn’t work well. Other than that everything was good. A good value for the money, too. The staff at the front desk (open 7.00-23.00) was extremely nice and helpful. Especially Eilam, he was our best guide during our stay in Jerusalem....

”No air conditioning despite they said it was working, internet did not work either despite user and passwords were provided and the worst cold water they told me how to turn it on but I did it for two hours and zero hot water came out of the faucet those are just facts and I am usually pacient but this just over pass me ”

”Arvostan hotellissa sijaintia sekä mahdollisuuksia hoitaa ruokahuolto ainakin osittain omassa huoneessa. Hillel 11 on erittäin hyvällä paikalla varsinkin, jos haluaa tehdä ostoksia (Ben Yehuda ja King George -kadut ovat aivan vieressä), vanhaan kaupunkiinkinkin on vain noin vartin kävely. Hotellin kadulla on kahviloita ja ravintoloita sekä pankkiautomaatteja, pari 24h kioskia (hyvä asia sapattina) ja kadun eteläpäässä on erittäin hyvä viini/viinakauppa. Itse hotelli on varsin siisti. ”Really cool and calm place”

”The bathroom does not have a real door so there is no privacy. Someone tried to open our door during the night and we were not sure who it was. When you enter the building, everyone is staring at you and it feels uncomfortable. The TV did not work. ”

”The property has an apartment and the individuals rent it as if it is part of the hotel. It doesn't have the same service as the hotel rooms. The listing is wrong and I will have to pay extra to get a clean room operated by the hotel. I don't recommend renting the apartment onwed by an individuals.”

”They didn’t have our reservation made with Expedia, they didn’t want to give us our reservation, while they knew they are having issues with their bookings on Expedia.”

”Excellent location near the Mechaneh Yehuda! Easy to come and go with keycode. Apartment itself was really tidy and neat. It had all we needed in 4 night stay. Knesset was visible from the window.”
