”The food area was extremely dirty and never cleaned for our entire stay! Food quality was poor. Exposed electrical wires were seen in a food warmer. The room was not cleaned for 2 days. The side door fire exit was not operable. I have pictures of the food area I planned on sending to the health department! ”

”We will never stay at a Sure Stay, This room was bare, no coffee or end table to rest your drinks. No coffee machine in the room. NO Pictures on the wall. It looked like an empty college dorm .
The breakfast was cheap. powder creamer for coffee and only sweet-n-low? That is rat poison! I asked the attendant for spenda or Tuvia ..of course said no!!

”Stayed at this Hyatt for a quick over night trip to attend a friend’s baby shower in the area.
I got there 30 mins before the 3pm check-in and no issue with getting my room then. I had a King Suite and it was great. I loved the layout of the couch area and the bed area. Bed was comfortable, shower was good, windows had blackout curtains. Minor complaint of noise in the hallway and then during the middle of the night when the rain picked up and was hitting the windows.
