”Everything was really great. The staff was nice, the location was really great, away from the noisy streets but close enough to easily walk to and from popular destinations. However, the only downside of this hotel is how thin the walls are. We would wake up because tvs were so loud and whenever we would pass by other rooms in the hallway we could hear others inside their rooms (privacy issues). Other than that, this place was great. :)”

”I recently stayed at Holiday Inn FRENCH QUARTER-CHATEAU LEMOYNE, and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The noise from the elevator was unbearable, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Despite my repeated requests to the hotel staff to address the issue or change my room, they were indifferent and unhelpful. Their lack of concern for guest comfort is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and restful stay.”
