”Blythewood plantation is a wonderful historic mansion set in a small quaint excellent town. Lloyd met all of our needs, the room was clean, and all furnishings were correct for the time period that the home was built. The grounds were well maintained, we even got the pleasure of witnessing a gorgeous wedding during our stay!! I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to step out of the hustle and bustle of modern times and take a trip to a much simpler day and time!!!!”

”We had a great 5-night stay at Southern's Beauty1! The property was very clean, quiet and convenient. Check-in and out was a breeze. The gated private parking was definitely an added benefit! The location was ideal for our event (Bar Exam) at the Ponchartrain Center. Sam was a wonderful host, and we would definitely stay here again!!!”

”Surgery at Cypress Pointe hospital. Didn’t get to use any of the outside amenities but the house was so perfect. I hate hotels. The neighborhood was so nicely decorated for Christmas as I saw when I drove there every evening. Cottage was equippted with everything we could possibly have needed. Bed was very comfortable. ”
