”Arrived to our room which smelled very musty. The has carpet and an in wall air conditioning unit. The bathroom floor and shower was covered in hairs I’m assuming from the previous guest. I am not sure if housekeeping forgot to clean the bathroom between guests. I spoke to the front desk in person at 9am requesting for our room to be appropriately cleaned and she stated she would “send someone right up”. We went to the beach for the day and came back to our room 3PM to an untouched room, still...
