”My second time in Martin House Inn. It is situated in the hearth of town and is close to the ferry, buses, shops and restaurants. Still the location is quiet and not crowded. Had a room with a shared bathroom which worked out fine. Common areas were charming. Enjoyed breakfast, afternoon treats, Friday cheese and wine and evening sherry or bourbon nitecap. Beds were comfortable and everything clean. Will return for shure!”

Loved the stylish room which included all the amenities including earplugs, amazing smelling soaps and a very comfortable bed with crisp white cotton linens. The breakfast buffet was loaded with lots of tasty gourmet treats. The fresh lemon cornbread and the chia pudding with berries were two of my favorites. We'd definitely book here again!”

”My stay at Addison Choate was nothing short of magnificent. I was in town for a work training be held at Endicott College- while that's a 1/2 away- every night returning to Addison Choate I felt like I was going home. Marshall and Courtney took such great care of me, their property, and everyone I encountered there. I mean, they left more candies of the ones I had eaten all of in the remaining days after discovering my preference. They went out of their way to make my stay special but...

”Cozy inn. Very comfortable bed. Bath is very nice wit double sinks and deep tub. Bedroom is very small but it has a small fridge and a sofa. Our bathroom not negative is that it’s hard to find even after being there a few days. The sign and driveway are tucked into foliage and the street traffic is moving along and you must come to a dead stop. Even so I would stay here again. The innkeeper was lovely and very helpful and accommodating!”
