”There is no front office at 28 Fenway, so it took me a bit to understand how to best communicate with the guest relations. They rely on text, email and 80% of the time I could reach someone by phone. The rooms were very clean. House keeping does a stellar job. The late check in (4pm to the dot) was challenging. The location is amazing. And when booked at the right time, the prices are good.”

”Needed a few days in between apartments that was walking distance from MGH. Apartment was clean, the check in process was smooth, although the 7-11 for key pick-up was a bit far from the apartment. Otherwise, everything else was adequate. The laundry in the basement behind some trash cans and appears to take coins so make sure you have them. ”
