”My stay was amazing and I will definitely be staying at Ginkgo House if I ever find myself in Cambridge again! Staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, my room was very clean, and the potential noise that was mentioned was very minimal and did not cause any issues!”

”The hotel is very nice/upscale. However, they lease a downstairs area to a restaurant that they have no control over. Our room was directly on top and music played rather loudly until 10 PM. Nothing to be done! This is a real disadvantage and needs to be considered before considering this hotel.”

”Daytime desk clerk on 5/21 was extremely pleasant and helpful. We needed some seafood to remain frozen overnight, and she and Chris made that happen. Then she brought some ice to our room for our drinks. The attached restaurant felt historic (as it certainly is); the food was great; and the service/hospitality warm.”

”The room had an amazing porch with view of water. Leather bound book with directions for Air conditioner, Nespresso machine, TV, rules on the property and local places to eat. Easy walk to beach area, no access with high tide. Great seating area, great for long walks. Room small, perfect for 1 person, microwave and small fridge. In back the venue has a variety of seating, times for food, music . Small pool overlooking the venue. Awesome.”

”Room was beautiful and the location was great. Contactless which I wasn't sure about but was great. Easy code to get into the building and our room and check out was just as easy. Lovely Tea/Coffee bar with snacks. Will stay here again.”
