”Housekeeper was the loveliest person, I had such pleasant interactions with her both days I was there. It was my first time staying at this hotel but she made me feel like I was a regular, like I was family. That really made the stay special. Beachfront view was magical.”

”We were not taken care of vis-a-vis check-in. We had to track down the maid to get some answers. We had to get a key from a neighboring restaurant. We tried to call the front desk, we tried to text and ask for the key code to get into our room and nobody ever responded not even after we checked out. Thank God for the maid Susan. The room was shabby: carpet stained, old sink in bathroom weird old shower head. No office to get ice. Still no contact from office. Very unprofessional.”

”We stayed here four nights in June. Hotel is very comfortable, absolutely clean and we liked the place a lot. Girls loved the swimming pool. There is a very good breakfast place nearby called Marshland and nice cafes (that close early) in Sandwich. It is a good place for exploration of the part of Cape Cod nearer to mainland. We reached the nice restaurants at Wellfleet, the Town Neck Beach nearby and the beaches at Cape Cod National Seashore from here easily on the daily exploration trips. The...

”Parking was easy and the room was clean. I found that the white towels were quite gray and some were actually stained. I think the towels could use replacing. I have recommended Rodeway in the past, but I am a bit hesitant now because of the shabby towels. Respectfully ”
