”We feel really lucky to have found this location in Upcountry Kula. The lanais provided excellent viewing of both Haleakala and the West Maui mountains. Cool nights and ease of access to all of the surrounding towns and sightseeing opportunities made this a most enjoyable visit for us. To top it off, Steve and Diane were the most wonderful hosts as well as a wealth of information for all things Maui. We would absolutely stay with them again given the opportunity.”

”This property is in a very relaxing, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood. Great for going for strolls with lots of birds and flowers.to add to the enjoyment. Our host, John, went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable and nicely furnished with a large open floor plan for the living and kitchen area. We ate all our meals in around a large family table. I enjoyed swimming at Baldwin Beach State Park and the kids liked windsurfing at Kanaha and Ho'okipa. ...

We liked being a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists, this truly was a slice of heaven. Great location for the Road to Hana, Kaanapali Beach, Haleakala. Close to Makawao where we went to a Paniolo Rodeo! Check in and Check out were an absolute breeze. I will bookmark and save this Property so I can come back for my 50th!”

”Staying at JJ's Hana Hale was a highlight of our trip to Maui. We decided to do a weekend on the Hana Road, and instead of driving back to our resort on the other side of the island, we stayed with the Jahns' Saturday night. They had all of the important amenities - shower, kitchen, comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a few others that were extremely nice bonuses. Tucked away in the green foothills of the east, this place provides you with an opportunity to disconnect and relax. Pool, hot tub and sauna ensure you have the tools necessary to do that.
