Vierasmökki on rakennettu vieraileville ystäville ja perheelle.

Sijaitsemme erittäin hiljaisessa asuinalueessa, joka on poistettu pienestä umpikujasta
Paras Mauin lomakohteista, golfkentistä, rannoista ja ravintoloista joka suuntaan.

Pääset helposti Lahainaan ja Kaanapaliin pohjoiseen tai Wailealle ja Makenaan etelään.

Mökin lähin ranta on noin neljäsosa mailin päässä.

Mökillämme on vuoristomaisemat ja viileät kaupan tuulet. Tämä arkkitehdin suunniteltu asuintila sisältää 20 jalkakatedraalikattoa, ainutlaatuisen avoimen pohjapiirroksen nykyaikaisella keittiöllä ja suuren makuuhuoneen, jossa on poreallas.

Keittiössä on kaikki kovapuukaapit ja upouudet kodinkoneet, keittoastiat, mikroaaltouuni, jääpalakoneen jääkaappi, leivänpaahdin, tehosekoitin, kahvinkeitin, Brita vesikannu ja kaikki tarvitsemasi keittiötarvikkeet, jotta gourmet-ruokailu Kotiyöt Breeze.

Master-huoneessa on erittäin mukava kuningatar koko Tempur Pedic -tyylisessä vaahtovuoteessa, jossa on terävät, 100% korkealankaaiset puuvillapesuvaatteet ja suunnittelijan kannet. Tämä paikka on täydellinen! Rakastimme sijaintia rauhallisella alueella lähellä Kihei-tietä, lähellä ruokakauppaa, lähellä rantaa ja puistoa. Takapiha on upea - mukava ruoho, kylpytynnyri, grilli. Vierastalo on hienoa - sänky on erittäin mukava, mukavalla tyynyllä, täydellinen keittiö kattiloilla, pannuilla ja astioilla, erinomaisessa kunnossa, poreallas kylpyhuoneessa, iPod-telakka. Emme vain voi sanoa tarpeeksi siitä, kuinka ihanan täydellinen se oli. Toivomme palaavani Mauiin jonain päivänä ja pysymme ehdottomasti täällä jälleen. Olemme jo suositelleet sitä ystäville !! Quiet neighborhood setting. Nice backyard for relaxing. Well equipped with beach accessories including snorkel gear. Large whirlpool tub and comfortable bed. Be prepared for carrying luggage to second floor.

Paradise

It was an easy choice to make when I saw the grounds in the photos. I did not read that it was upstairs, but it was still perfect. It has a laundry room that is shared with other guests, but at least it had one to use. I loved the drip coffee maker vs the new one cup ones. It seems slower, but that second cup is so much easier. We were able to cook some meals quite easily. Lots of linens and hangers and storage for clothes.it was great having access to all of the beach gear. Everything you could hope for on vacation and more

Just what you need

Cute little place, clean, private backyard very nice. They had beach toys which were awesome. Good location. Bed is comfortable. Only down fall is the tv is really small. Overall highly recommend!

Great Honeymoon Rental

My wife and I really enjoyed this place. It was perfect for the two for us! Alexandra was polite and easy to work with over the phone and even allowed us to have an early check in. She had options on food, and activities. The place was really clean. The jacuzzi tub was massive, enough room for us to enjoy. The shower was a but small, but we made it work. We enjoyed using the grill and sitting in the backyard. The backyard is shared with the bottom rental, but we found it fun to meet new people. We did not use the Jacuzzi in the backyard due to this. The washer and dryer was great and convenient. They also had beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. We were able to hit the beach or plan a day out without having to rent anything which was a huge savings. Overall this place was great for the first time in Maui.

amazing little place

LOVED this place, it was a perfect little place for my partner and I. It was close to so many great beaches, I was able to ride the bike down to the beach to watch the sunsets. It’s central to everything and the neighborhood was super nice and safe. It rained our first day so we were able to use the hot tub and having that amenity plus the big jacuzzi in the bathroom was perfect! I would 10/10 stay here again and definitely recommend.

Kihei Retreat

The property was beautiful and comfortable. It was exactly as shown in the pictures. A couple of things to note. The back yard is gorgeous and shared with the renters of the main house. The cottage is on the 2nd floor accessible by an outside staircase. While there is ample space for everyone, no outside guests are allowed. We had family members staying at a nearby hotel and had looked forward to barbecues in the garden. The location is excellent. We had a lovely time and would stay here again.

Quiet comfortable rental

Quiet and comfortable rental in the heart of Kihei. It was nice to have chairs, boogie boards, bikes etc available for our use. The shower was challenging due to the head shooting so far to the door when washing your hair. Overall a nice accommodation for a week on Maui.

Fantastic Property

I really can't say enough about what a great property this was. Jon was a great host. When we got there the lights were on and the keys were waiting. Jon was around periodically in case we needed anything. The property location was unbelievable. We were able to walk to the beach and took morning runs along the beach. It was close to major areas as well. Very easy to get coffee in the morning, which is key, and lots of places to eat within 1-3 miles and even more within a 30 minute radius. There are a lot little things that made the stay very enjoyable. A flowering bush filled the front walkway with the most delightful perfume. The apartment was open and airy with lots of windows which means we never needed to use A/C. The bed was super comfortable. Water pressure was great which you wouldn't think was a big deal unless you've stayed in an apartment before where it was bad. The backyard was awesome and the neighborhood was generally quiet. This will definitely be where we stay the next time we visit Maui. What a pleasure!

If you know Kihei, then you know it’s an ideal location on Maui, and this quiet one BR apartment is such a great find. About a five minute walk from the beach and fully stocked with equipment like snorkels, fins, boogie boards, bikes, etc. you won’t waste your time or money at rental shops. Jonathan is a terrific host and makes sure all your needs are met. Highly recommend!

Little Paradise

The house was pleasant. The backyard being the highlight. Great grilling/lounging/hot-tubing area with a serene surround. In a neighborhood but does not feel like it when you step into the back yard. Really enjoyed the beach chairs, coolers, and several other beach amenities. The house could have used a deep clean but overall, the property gave us all we needed to enjoy our short stay in Kihei.

Great place and hospitality

This property was great for a couple, and we were pleasantly surprised by the subtle details. For instance, I had the misfortune of stepping on a sea urchin on the beach, but discovered a first aid kit already at the rental. The pizza oven was a great addition, which my wife and I enjoyed. The only downside was the beach within walking distance wasnt great for swimming (see stepping on sea urchin above), but it made for a beautiful sunset. For swimming, make the short drive down to big beach. The location was great. It was close to restaurants, groceries, shopping, beach, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfection.

Everything you need, and more! Great cottage, fully stocked with necessities. The back yard is a private paradise you won’t want to leave! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and Jonathan was prompt to reply. We loved having all the beach gear and bikes available for use. Everything is in tip top shape, and it’s obvious Jonathon takes pride in the care and upkeep. . There are so many extras included! Plus parking and a great location! I highly recommend Jonathan’s cottage. You will not regret it!

Great place for couples

This one BR apartment is an excellent place for couples to stay during a Maui vacation. It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood that is walking distance from the beach. It is not a beach property, if that's what you are looking for. However, despite being in a residential area, as you walk through the gate into the property, you enter the garden oasis that Jon has created, making it feel like you're in your own private resort. The amenities are great - super grill, pizza ovens, hot tub, picnic tables; everything you need to make this a place you can enjoy the time you're not on the beach. We only ate out twice during our entire trip because of this, and really enjoyed the ease with which prep. an eat food in paradise. The ability to borrow snorkel gear, boogie boards, surf boards, paddle boards and bikes was a huge plus too. We didn't utilize all of these, but not having to lug them on the plane or pay crazy rental prices was huge. Overall, just what we needed and good value.

Quiet hideaway walking or biking distance to everything with the feel of being at home

This place is a quiet bungalow in a residential area. It is an 1/8th of a mile from beach. There is a Jacuzzi, Bikes (with locks), Surf boards, beach equipment (snorkels, fins, and chairs), BBQ (with all the utensils), and many other amenities in the back yard. The unit has a full kitchen with Jacuzzi Bath tub. Owner is super nice. You cant go wrong.

Great little place!

This place was in a good location in Kihei. You are within 5 mins of dozen of beaches. All the beach gear a person needs is provided(towels, chairs, snorkels, flippers, coolers and more)! Jon is super friendly and a great host!

Highly recommended luxury cottage

I spent a long time looking through VRBO and AirBnB listings that looked like condos filled with personal stuff and from 1970s. I was so pleased to find this cottage in a quiet neighborhood that we were able to relax and use as a home during our vacation in Maui. Perfect for a couple. The host is very knowledgeable and provides everything you will need for your stay. I highly recommend this location.

Perfect get-away!

My boyfriend and I got to stay 6 lovely nights in this wonderful little "oasis" of a ohana cottage. From the moment we got there, until we left, Jonathan was the best host we could ask for. He even helped us make our pizza (down to what and where to buy the supplies for it) and offered some of his own bits to add too! We came and went quite a bit, but it was always nice to come back to his beautiful grounds and very comfortable place. We used the gear provided, were bummed we never took out the bikes to ride around, but maybe next time! The kitchen was outfitted with everything we need to make our own meals. It was great to have a washer and dryer. I used the hot tub the night that we arrived and what a blessing to have it after a long day of travel. I also used the whirlpool spa tub and it was so relaxing! There are 2 big windows in the bedroom that we opened up every night to let the wonderful breeze in with. I really didn't want to leave, but would not hesitate to book this spot again if we do visit Maui anytime in the near future. Thank you Jonathan for everything! You've got a great spot, keep up the good work!

We had a wonderful time staying at Jon's Honeymoon cottage! Jon was a great host and very helpful and ready to assist if you need anything at all. The room is beautiful and very comfortable, very well equipped kitchen and bathroom with lots of basics already in the cupboards. Although in the high eighties while we were there we didn't need to use the air conditioning due to the amount of windows and cross ventilation. He has an impressive array of amenities available, boards, bikes, snorkel gear, nice backyard with chairs for relaxing with great barbecue facilities and pizza oven! Quiet location in a cul de sac with assigned parking, lots to see and do within walking distance. Would highly recommend for couples looking for a nice quiet place to come back to at the end of the day, and soak in the huge Jacuzzi tub!

Highly Recommend!

This VRBO is better than described. The beach, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance and the sunsets are beautiful. My husband and I enjoyed the back yard hot tub in the evening and had coffee in the morning on the lounge chairs before our adventures. Jonathan was a great host. He answered any questions we had and was very accomidating. Everything you need is there including snorkel gear, bikes, coffee maker, and even yoga mats. If you are hesitant about booking a VRBO, ask your host about the nanny cam detector which made us feel extra comfortable. Would definitely stay here again, well worth the price!

Very quiet and peaceful!!!

Loved it!!! My wife and I had a pleasure of staying at this this “home away from home”. There’s a reason this place has so many positive reviews. House is 8 min walk (2 min drive) from the beach, in a quiet cul de sac and away from busy hotels! There are enough tourists on this island, staying here was our escape from the chaos. Unit is located on the second floor, with a spacious open floor plan and plenty of windows with natural light. We truly enjoyed our stay with Jonathan, super nice guy and gave us many tips about the island. The entire place was well decorated and Jonathan did an awesome job of ensuring we had all the amenities at our fingertips. Snorkeling gear, boogie boards, surf boards, bicycles with helmets, beach chairs, pizza oven, outdoor jacuzzi, fully equipped BBQ, coolers, picnic table, lounge chairs and that’s just in his backyard! (I left Jonathan my self-made bamboo walking stick, feel free to use it.) Inside the unit was a fully equipped kitchen, with spices, cooking oils, bbq sauces, juice blender, coffee maker, pots and pans - let’s just say if you want to cook on your vacation, you’ll only need to worry about buying food. The unit also had spacious living room with 2 couches, Amazon Alexa, and humidifier with a couple oils. Bedroom had a closet, night stands, TV with a Blue Ray movie collection. Tempurpedic bed was very comfortable, covered with soft linens. In the mornings, you hear birds sing outside – how peaceful! Bathroom cabinet had to name a few: shaving cream, razors, band aids, aspirin, q tips and even Tampax - that’s just level of detail & going above and beyond that Jonathan provided. Bathroom also had a bathtub jacuzzi – large enough for 2 adults. We had a very comfortable, quiet and relaxing time here. I think Jonathan truly put his heart and soul into making guests feel at home. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Jonathan for making this a memorable trip and we miss your lamb chops!
