We called, and Samuel stayed on the phone with us until we got to the hotel. His competence and helpful attitude reflect very highly on the Mengers reputation!”

”The location was great close to the Riverwalk and the parking next door was easy to use. The hotel itself was old but clean. No power outlets near the bed, the shower in bath tube was a bit tricky to use and overall the room felt old. We booked a room with balcony but were given a room without one. It was fine as it was very cold outside and we wouldn't have used the balcony anyway but wish they would have told us at the check in about the room missing the balcony as to someone else it might...
