”Great location to Frost bank center and easy access also to downtown. Lots of food options in the neighborhood, plenty of parking and a very big (yes also super high up) and comfy bed. Walls were thin but luckily had well behaving neighbors so no problems there. This one did meet my expectations for the price and the reviews I had read. ”

”Paid extra to check in early and a/c in the room didn’t even work. Took another 30-45 minutes to get another room once it was figured out that the a/c truly wasnt working. By the time we got into the room it was close to our regular check in time..no we didn’t get a refund”

The employees spoke multiple languages, which was a significant help, and the wheelchair-accessible parking was a huge benefit.
