”I booked a king room, got put in a double. Hot tub wasn’t open. My husband’s room key didn’t work so he was locked out of our room (I was sleeping with phone on silent). Since we were put in the wrong room, she would not give him a key to the room we were actually in and did not call the phone in the room to wake me up. Woke up to my husband beating in the door since he could not get another key for the room we were staying in. ”

”Room was clean-ish. Everything needs an update. When I opened the curtains tons of dust fell down all over me. The curtains tracks were broken and they looked really bad and dirty. The heater smelled strange. Our second night there was a small child randomly screaming and crying all night and it was very annoying that we could hear it so well. Continental breakfast experience was horrible. Every table was dirty, plates were out and never replaced, eggs were watery, orange juice was empty and...
