”I always love staying downtown Knoxville. The apartment is located right in Market Square, so an easy walk to everything. If the outside downtown noise bothers you, there are disposable earplugs provided. All the necessities are provided and everything was clean and neat. ”

”We have never given a rental experience a 10 out of 10 until now. The property is centrally located and close to everything. It has beautiful decor and a great layout. It was very clean and has everything you need for a home away from home experience. The host is very helpful and responds to text messages quickly. She worked with us to extend our stay by a day after getting there and liking the place so much.”

”The whole stay here was wonderful. The property is beautiful, with so many lovely flowers around the deck. The mountain view from the hot tub is peaceful after a day of exploring. The location is conveniently located within 10 minutes of Rock City and Ruby Falls and only 20 minutes to the Chickamauga National Military Battlefield Park.We could walk to restaurants in the evening.Allen made check-in so easy and communicated perfectly. ”The loft is amaxing! The industrial decor is a perfect vibe for the building...high ceilings, stained cement floors, comfy furniture & cozy blankets made the hot afternoon in better than home. Free parking on Jackson Street around the corner and down the hill after 6 and all weekend. There are at least 20 food establishments, market square, the Sunsphere and mural project are all a short walk. (We always felt safe.)11/10 I'd stay again!”
