”The condo was in a great location, beautiful views of the mountains. We saw black bears everyday, which was a highlight of staying there. Nicely located in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so either town has lots to do, or you can easily explore the National Park. Host was very quick and thorough with instructions. Great Stay!”

”The rental was nice and clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. I slept on the couch and my wife slept on pillows on the bed. Neither us got much sleep. We stayed one night instead of the two were charged for. The owner refunded 60 despite what they claimed was a subjective experience of the "bed firmness." You could feel the bed springs after 30 minutes. Totally disappointed since we were there to close a real estate transaction.”

”The condo was beautifully decorated in a safe location . As soon as you walk in you could smell the cleanness ! From the balcony view you could see the parkway clearly . The biggest disappointment was we arrived in Tuesday - there was a sign in elevator saying pool closed June 15. Everyday we went to the pool. Still closed. Reached out got AI responses :( but trying to find information on pool - could not get an answer . Came to relax enjoy pool and find good eats . The inside pool chemicals...
