”We loved our stay. It was so pretty and everything needed was there with exception of no replacement toliet tissue available. Being a physically handicapped person i could not get up front porch steps due to no handrail. I then went in at back door entrance and could not get inside. i encountered a high step from laundryroom up into the kitchen. ”My friends and I stumbled upon this property when looking for places to stay close to Knoxville on our road trip. We loved that this would be a special experience - more unique (and also more reasonably priced for some new college grads) than a hotel inside the city. We did have to drive about 30 minutes into Knoxville to pick up some food, but it was not a problem for us. There were 3 of us which housed us perfectly in the Fish House. Could not recommend this place more. Check in/out was easy...

”Extremely clean! (my most important feature I look for). In most areas the lighting was excellent (i.e. bright enough), the A/C and heating system worked great; Wi-Fi was excellent. The area is quiet with lots of trees, but a very short ride to a full service supermarket and some other stores. Although I would have preferred to have more water pressure in the shower, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on a future visit to Knoxville. ”
