”We stayed overnight for a baseball tournament. This room was located very close and worked perefct for the quick trip. Fees that are added to the room seemed to be a bit excessive especially when your asked to take out your own trash. Either way worked for what we needed.”

The only complaint I would have would be the busy street and it's loud at night when you're trying to sleep but that's nothing the owner can control. Overall the house was perfect, fully stocked, very spacious but cozy! Great communication from the host and we enjoyed staying at this property.”

The Happy Home is amazingly set up with details thought of for guests with young children to those like us gathering with adult family. The road for the neighborhood is kind of hidden and you really have to pay attention or you'll miss it. If you're looking for a nice home outside the busy city of Knoxville, this would be the one for sure! Amazing hosts that answered questions in a timely manner.”

”This property is located on part of Knoxville's famous Dogwood Trail and in a neighborhood that boasts beautiful flower gardens, blooming landscapes, lovely historic homes and, while we stayed in April, native flowering dogwood trees. It is a lovely, well maintained rental and will not disappoint.”

”The hosts were amazing and had everything we needed in the home. They was available to answer any questions we had at any time. At the end of our stay they told us not to lift a finger and they would take care of all the cleaning which was so sweet and easier on us.
