”I travel for business and I frequent this hotel The staff is always great to work with and my room is always clean and well maintained. The hotel is older and under construction but not a problem.”

”The room was great. The bed was good. The pillows were way too fat for me so I couldn't sleep with their pillows. The mini fridge was not cold enough and there was no freezer part so that was frustrating. The pool and hot tub had no heat so I didn't use them though I booked this stay specifically to use them. The front automatic door was inoperable and I had to assist an elderly man in walking into the building while the front desk person just stood there. I would stay here again but I sure...

”Clean room but fireplace didn't work, heating/air wouldn't turn on. I think we got the reject room if the place. With the cost so high, I was very disappointed. If the tub wasn't fantastic, we would have just gone home.”

”Room was clean, most everything worked except the heater/air conditioner. The desk phone didn't work, no issue there, who uses landlines anyway. The staff gave us a heater. It hasn't hot enough to worry about A/C. They were very apologetic. ”
