”Talo oli iso ja huoneet hyvän kokoisia ja kivoja. Iso miinus on äänen eristys. Alakerrassa yhteis keittiö ja olohuone. Normaalilla äänelle puhuttu puhe kuuluu todella hyvin huoneeseen. Talossa oli muita seurueita jotka vietti iltaa alakerrassa ja kaikki ääni kantautui ylös ja se oli epämukava. ”

”Last minute booking and I was treated to a gorgeous room with a balcony on the edge of Piazza Maggiore. Fantastic location! The place wasn’t fancy with front desk, buffets etc, but perfect for a solo traveller wanting a local experience. Breakfast “Italian style” is included at the nearby cafe. The Piazza is noisy, but the windows are soundproof and you wouldn’t know there was a sole outside. I’d stay here again. ”

”I spent a couple of days in Bologna. This place was very conveniently located on a quiet side street. The place is perfect for somebody who doesn't normally spend too much time in a hotel room. The room was small but comfortable enough - and clean. Breakfast was quite OK also for this kind of place. The "staff" (or family) was very frinedly and helpful. So if you don't need a fancy place to stay in, this is a good option! Very centrally located.”

”We stayed at Residenza Palazzo Marchesini in late April/early May 2025 and loved it. The property is well located and provides easy access to anywhere you wish to go in historic Bologna. Carlo is an amazing host - he was very kind and generous in sharing local information and steering us to some great restaurants and sites to see. We absolutely loved Bologna and would definitely like to return someday. Thanks Carlo!”
