”After an initial minor disappointment with our room we were really pleased with the way the staff handled the situation. We got a new room as soon as possible and after that everything was just great. Wonderful service, beautiful room, tasty breakfast - all you could look forward to a great holiday. Thank you !”

”Absolute amazing place to stay and the staff were so so friendly, always smiling, in a good mood and happy to help. The breakfast selection was brilliant from cereal to croissants to eggs benedict royale. Room was extremely clean on 1st inspection and was continued throughout the stay by the maids. Bar was awesome too. Dedicated parking too which was very helpful and not like other properties in area. We will definitely be staying here again 100%”

”Whilst everything was responsibly clean,some things where a bit dated and needed some tlc. Bed linen and towels where good quality. Staff where helpful and pleasant.Breakfast was lovely and plentiful.Parking was also a bonus. We had a harbour facing room,view to the right was of Warrior and dockyard,view to the left was Spinnaker Tower,train,busy bus station and taxi rank.So quite noisy with windows open which we needed with warm weather. We did however see that fans where provided in rooms for...

”A lovely hotel and lovely staff. Great location. We are in the bar and food was excellent as well. There was a slight hiccup on our arrival due to a delayed ferry but the staff couldn't do enough for us after that. We will definitely return and recover.mend it to anyone”

”Stayed a couple of nights for a cycling weekend, nice en suite room with tea and coffee, comfortable bed, good English breakfast. Excellent value for money. ”

”The hotel, staff and food were all excellent, the only downfall is you have to pay to park there which I dont agree with if you are staying there. For that reason I will not stay there again.”
