”We decided to book this motel having read good reviews. However, we were disappointed with the condition of the motel. We had to ask motel staff to fix couple of things. To give motel staff a credit they handed these issues quickly. The motel is way overpriced and there is not daily room cleaning. This is probably only two star motel.”

”older hotel could use a bit of freshening up. The bathtub is wearing thin and should be reglazed, the sink pop up doesn't work. Staff is friendly but, for some odd reason they don't make up your bed and give clean towels unless you ask (even though we had the "make up room please" )dangler up.”

”This is an older property that covers the basics at a good price. We stayed for 3 days and our towels were changed out each day. There was not a coffee maker in the room, but coffee was offered in the office each morning. If you are okay with just the bare basics, this is a fine place to stay while visiting Ithica and the surrounding areas.”

”One of the best things was the breakfast and hospitality it was a very welcoming stay , clean quite and delightful ”

”The only issue was walking back from town is a intense climb.”
