”The rooms were very clean and inviting. There was an issue with the heat in our room and we were promptly upgraded. The owners were quick to respond and genuinely apologetic. It's a nice change from the cookie cutter hotels and it's a beautiful inn and a wonderful setting.”

”Didn’t give me codes for march 5 stay so I need a refund. Property is very scary homeless people in the hallway, dark parking lot, giving wrong key codes out. One lady got the key code to the wrong room and walked in on someone and I’m afraid this may happen to me. Makes me very uneasy. It’s a live motel. I had to clean my room. Rooms are not that clean. Stairwells are sketchy. I could’ve stayed at the Hilton or Best Western.”
