”Parking felt safe, the staff at the front desk was always very nice and helpful, inly complaint was we stayed 9 days and not one time did room service come to change out sheets on the bed and had to actually ask one of the room service ladies for a couple of new towels.”

”The egg smelling water is terrible. But the ice machine must have had a filter because it was ok. We went to the store and bought drinking water. There is a broken hand rail on the stairs leading into the hotel which could be hazardous if you didn't notice it. Bring your own bath towels, they are thin and small. If you have a river view it is nice. Nice mini frig that was cold and a nice microwave. Decent value for what you get.”

”We just needed a quick place to sleep, and this worked well. The place is a bit dated, but it was clean, felt safe, and the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly.”

”Very nice atmosphere. The tap water has a metallic taste. The elevator needs to be adjusted. The breakfast bar is clean but limited selection as far as nutrition. There was no meat on Sunday’s buffet.”

”This hotel is in a great area - close to restaurants and shopping. The clerk on duty when I checked in (evening of May 5th) didn't give me any details about the hotel (hours of breakfast, location of the pool, etc.) I'm not sure if he was filling in for someone or what. Good value for the money, though and a safe location.”

”The lady that checked us in was not very nice . Seemed like she hated her job. The lady at the front desk on Saturday was very helpful and nice which made up for the lady checking us in. We ended up enjoying our stay”
