”Quick overnight stay for business. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Hotel is a little dated, but in a comfortable home-feeling type of way. The breakfast was super busy with a huge group of ice-skaters, glad we got there JUST before they did!! A little heads up from staff would have prevented any surprises though. Did stop to see the pool, a very neat area, would be fun to hang with the kiddos there!! Would certainly stay again :)”

”The receptionists haven’t been trained to do their job. Clearly this hotel is geared towards locals and foreign customers are not welcome. I would not stay here again, because of poor customer service. There are plenty of other choices in the area, so do skip this place. Hotel manager also has an attitude problem and it reflects on the staff.”
