”Excellent service! The front desk staff is six star, quite good! I have spent my career in the Hospitality and Resort Industry, they were truly top notch. I would hire them in a second! The staff in the restaurant were also excellent, minus the kitchen team at lunch on Sunday Afternoon. The food, a cheese steak sandwich with sweet potato fries, inedible. The bread was so over microwaved you could not bite through it or cut it with a knife, the meat so dry it was almost jerky and the fries...
”Easy to choose, rooms are clean and offers a lot for the price. Close by mall, that have most stuff needed. Airport shuttle works very well and travel time to airport is just okay. Water park access, with small discount, not much value there due high price of the park. It's just nice add-on to the ones who really really want it. Breakfast buffet is okay. There's something about this hotel that I just like it.”

”Could have given 5 star to rate if not for a couple of staff in the breakfast area. Though they are nice and courteous some of them lack basic training in communication skills. They are not rude but the way the communicate can irk you. Example: told the greeter I have extra guest for breakfast response was “you know you NEED to pay right?” in a very irritating tone. Another example: ordered coke which of course is not included in the buffet as soon as the soda was delivered server demanded...
”The quest house surprised us positively. The house was in a nice quiet San Jose village in the middle of the busy town. There is a big mall quite near and the airport is not too far away. The front desk was super friendly and even arranged a family member to drive us to the airport to catch an early flight.”
