”Clean, easy access”

”This hotel brought a unique touch compared to my experience across many hotels. Location was great, views were fantastic. Felt a personal touch through the free surprise offerings each day. Hotel was also clean with great vibes. Would revisit and skip on trying a new accomm around Queenstown”

”Siisti tilava huone ja hyvä aamiainen.”

”Great hotel to stay in. Its a little old but none the less a great hotel. The guy at the bar was really great and gave wonderful service. Would stay again.”

”Great property in a really convenient location. Right near the tram stop. Would stay again.”

”Hotelroom needs renovation. We booked 2 bedroom lakeview whit fireplace. Fireplace didn't work. Room was little bit dirty and needs to be uppdated.”

”Exceptional. This hotel completely redefines what a five-star experience should be. It makes you rethink all the previous five-star review you've given simply because nothing went wrong. Hulbert house sets the standard, and few others deserve to be in the same category. Staff are always keen to help and would put in a lot of nice touches. Particularly love how they would put a couple bottles of water in the car as they pull the car out for you. Also the 5pm canapé/wine were nice (great sav...

”Perushyvä majoituspaikka, miinuksena ettei ollut ravintolaa. Kävelymatkan päässä lentokentältä.”

”Yhteiset suihkut ja vessat. Yhteinen ruuanlaittopaikka johon pitäs iteltä olla kaikki kattilat, lautaset, haarukat, siis ihan kakki.”

”Everything was excellent. We were upgraded to a studio self contained room at no extra cost. This was great as we had washing machine/dryer and kitchenette, giving us option to wash clothes after big day and cook food if required. Great hotel that has made our stay memorable.”

”Very nice and big room. Perfect bed and bathroom. Very kind and Friendly service. A bit too small breakfast room. Good roomservice. One of the best hotel experience I had.”

”We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. First thing u need to know is the 3rd bedroom downstairs has a single bed. This threw things out for us as our youngest didn't want to sleep downstairs on her own, so our giant teenager had to have a single bed while the younger child had a double bed all to themselves. Knowing the layout would have changed my decision. The downstairs of the villa was freezing, the air con wasn't working properly. How a property doesn't have proper heating in the NZ winter is...

”Ihan huippu kokonaisuus. Todella tilava, toimiva ja kaunis huone, hyvä sänky. Hiljaista ja rauhallista. Ystävällinen henkilökunta, ravintola huippuluokkaa. Saunakin löytyi.”

”The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and quality pillows. Breakfast, however, was a disappointment—I missed fresh vegetables and would have appreciated more than just butter to put on my bread. The breakfast area was crowded every morning, and the space felt quite cramped. The food at the hotel restaurant was poor in quality and didn’t meet expectations. Keep in mind that the hotel sits atop a small hill, which makes the walk from Queenstown’s town centre slightly uphill. ”
