”The house itself is fine. The pool table looked like fun but the cues were broke. The outside pool was nice but it would have been better with a net to clean the leaves out. The downstairs tenant has lids so this is not a quiet escape out. ”

”This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. ”

”First, the owner and their communication was fantastic. The space was exactly as described, comfortable and clean. The proximity to everything from the river, to downtown and even to the great restaurants on upper Broadway is walkable and great. The “but” is that we stayed Friday and Saturday and it is located right on Broadway (popular cruising street) next to a popular bar that itself is loud and fills the parking area out back with partying till near 2 am. Truly, otherwise, a great stay.”

”The location and room is absolutely awesome. It will be my default place to stay every time I come to Perryville. The disclaimer on the website says it may be noisy because of the restaurant and bar below. But we were there over a weekend and heard nothing from below. Huge upgrade compared to local hotels and the best restaurant in town with a huge beer selection is right below you. You will not be disappointed with this choice!”
