”The property was great! At first glance the exterior looks like it needs a little bit of TLC, but Jackson is a rustic place so we knew to potentially expect that. It was very well maintained with comfortable and clean floors, bedding, and amenities. The staff folks were super friendly and helpful.”

”We stayed in Cabin. Clean. Good breakfast. Enjoyed hot spa after hiking long day. I left my hiking insulated water bottle in in the water filter room a day before. I asked a young staff member to check in the lost and found section. She just looked at the computer then told me that there was no water bottle found. I came back in 2 hour later and asked an older staff, she came into a room within the front office and found my water bottle.”

”We had a party of 5 & the bedrooms accommodations met our needs perfectly. I did not want bunk beds for our 6' grandso so the seperate twin beds worked much better and each bedroom had their own full bath. Jim was easy to work with and the extras was appreciated ( coffee beans and grinder, bear spray, laundry pods, bathroom amenities etc). The places was mostly clean, beds comfortable and close to the town which had several places to eat and very well stocked grocery store. Relative close to...

”Very close to downtown Jackson. Cute efficiency cabin. AC did not work well.”

”Cabins were immaculate. I felt like I was in a brand new cabin. They were furnished nicely. Nice fire pit area with chairs. Easy in and out of the resort. The only substandard item was the breakfast service. The waffle machine was not working correctly, the batter cups were not available, and the attendees were incapable of solving the issues.”

”Outpost group does a great job in the Jackson Hole area. We have rented from them twice and have had good customer experiences. Very clean property, as advertised amenities and great location to GTNP and Jackson Hole. This property has a great view of the southern Tetons and we saw a moose strolling down the road one afternoon! Will rent again next visit.”

”We did not have a balcony view we arrived at 4 and they did not have our rooms so they had to change us up to others not a upgrade at all no tub just a shower no refrigerator no free drinks”

”Everything was great, cleanliness of the room. The elevator could used some more attention along with the dining area. The staff didn’t look very happy while we had breakfast every morning. Maybe short staffed. Overall, it was a good experience!”

”We loved the location close to Grand Tetons and Jackson. It was clean and quiet. The kitchen was nicely equipped that allowed us to cook most of our meals. I would stay here again.”
