”No one at the gated property. No check in instructions. Arrived at 4:03 on 3/13/26 for a three-night stay. I’ve used VRBO for over twenty years and this is the first time I couldn’t access the property. Had to book overpriced Holiday Inn Express rooms because of the Wine and Chocolate Festival I was attending and a huge youth baseball tournament which kept the hotel loud all night each night. ”The Parkside is a charming cottage in a great location. A 5 minute walk to downtown Murphys. You and see and hear the creek from the back yard, the 2 bed 2 bath set up is perfect for 2 couples. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds comfortable. And the cottage was very clean! We'll definitely stay there again.”
