”so far so gorgeous! i was upgraded to a suite due to being an expedia member. this place is so professional, so beautiful. clean, sleek, wow. the ladies at the front desk were incredibly informative and helpful without even needing to ask (so rare, honestly) and as was the bartender maria!
you get a free drink for less than 12$, but u do need to pay a 75$ pet fee and an overnight parking fee.
still! i loved this place! im definitely going to seek out more sonesta properties next time im out and...

”We did not have a very good stay. Upon arrival we were told that the water was going to be turned off the following day from 11:30am-3pm during which time we could not use the sink, shower or toilet. Needless to say this was quite inconvenient.
Additionally, housekeeping had not cleaned our room by 3:30pm. We told the front desk about it and they said they would have it taken care of right away, so we made sure to leave our room for the next hour. Upon our return, it had still not been cleaned....

”I don’t usually write bad reviews or reviews in general. The weird looks I received from the staff when I arrived weren’t an issue at all. However, I’d recommend you not book here if that bothers you. Even so, the bed was quite comfortable and clean. Keep in mind parking is $15 every night and breakfast is $18.90 per person. Other than that, everything was well until I saw a cockroach fall from the bathroom sink the morning of my check out. Who knows what else was going on in there that I wasn’t...
