Room to Rent 5 mins from Beach with Pool Access

Kick back and relax in this brand new calm, stylish bedroom. Enjoy a relaxing time on the front patio sipping on your cup of coffee. Take a short 5 minute drive to North Topsail beach and a 10 minute drive to a private beach front pool located at Topsail Dunes Condominium complex.
NOTE: We have dogs so please expect some potential dog hair and barking.

You will have access to a guest bedroom in our house, front porch and a full bathroom that is in the hallway. The bedroom is cozy and includes lots of essentials for your stay including a 50" Roku TV (we don't have cable), dining table/desk and a bench for two, queen size bed, and a kitchenette that consists of a Keurig, mini fridge, small microwave, water dispenser, and basic silverware and dishes (plates, mugs, etc.).
All linens are provided as well as everything you need to make your morning cup of coffee or tea. Beach chairs and towels are also provided.
Our dogs are friendly but you will most likely not even meet them as we keep them mostly in our bedroom or under our watch in the main part of the house. They may greet you with a bark or two though. :)
We keep the guest side of the house as private as possible but we are happy to socialize too. Although the room provides everything guests will need, guests can enjoy watching TV in our living room or dining at our dining table. The rest of our house is not available to guests. Our teenager has a bedroom that shares a hallway with the guest bedroom and he uses a separate bathroom.

You will be able to park in our driveway. There are many restaurants close by as well as a grocery store that's only 0.5 mile away. Take a short 5 minute drive to the public beach or a 10 minute drive to a private beach and pool at Topsail Dunes condominiums with free parking. We are 20 minutes away from Surf City and about 45 minutes away from Wilmington.

Quiet residential neighborhood with a pond and small park.

Short driving distance to restaurants, grocery store and other shopping. 5 minute drive to public beach with paid public parking and 10 minute drive to private beach with free parking.
No vaping. No illegal drugs.

Ideal Spot Across the Board
It is the ideal spot. The pictures on VRBO, depict exactly what the place looks like, plus it is sparkling clean. Restaurants, stores and beach all just minutes away. Room has a nice set up and serves perfectly as an efficieny room. Has a small fridge to keep drinks cold for the beach and leftover restaurant meals fresh and ready for warm up in small microwave. Jana & Jeff were great hosts! Jana was quick with replies to any questions. They were congenial and attentive and at the same time provided complete privacy. It was better than staying in a hotel room. Will definitely go back again!!

My husband and I were in town to help our Marine son and daughter in law move so the property was convenient for us. It was also nice to have access to the beach and pool close by with parking.
