”This beach cottage was perfect!! The sunrise was amazing every morning!! It was clean and the perfect size for my husband and I. Brendan is a great host and was very responsive to any questions that we had. We highly recommend his place to stay and look forward to another visit soon! ”

”House is absolutely adorable and has everything you need. It’s perfect for an adult getaway. We went with our adult children to explore the area. We enjoyed the pool, the beach is less than a five minute walk and it’s a super quiet neighborhood. We were very comfortable all week and loved watching fish jump in the water behind us and hearing all the birds above. A peaceful and perfect week for this family in a great little house ”

”Small rooms and bathrooms. Several roaches/waterbugs. No paperwork on arrival with information such as Wi-Fi, etc… First level is dark and musty. A lot of basic repairs needed. Like door handle falling off, doors not closing/opening easily. Excellent location. Would be better if some basic repairs/updates were done and have exterminator/holes from outside addressed.”
