My wife and I stayed here for 35 days. I would recommend that if you’re staying for more than a week at most, that you should look at other possibilities. We chose this apartment because we wanted to have the option to cook and eat at home. The problem is the cookware is extremely limited and has exceeded its lifespan the cookware that say is very well used and you probably don’t want to use it.The television in the main room is slightly larger than a computer monitor. I found it difficult to watch and listen to. In one of the bedrooms, the closet door was loose and the hinge had come off the closet. I searched for a screwdriver luckily found one and fixed the door myself. The laundry room door is also off one of the hinges so every time you open the door it feels like it’s gonna fall off. It appeared that someone tried to fix it about three or four times because they were a lot of holes where the hinge was supposed to be attached to. The televisions in each other bedrooms are also very small and the remote controls don’t work and it’s not because the batteries are dead. I switched out batteries and they still do not work. There were no cleaning accessories for the counters, the floor, the bathrooms. Both showers do not drain very well, so you are standing in about an inch of soapy water during your shower. When you come back to take another shower, there is still a large amount of standing water on the floor of the shower. The balcony does give a good ocean view.
