Its location is ideal, very close to the center of Jacó, but at the same time quiet enough to rest comfortably. The place is completely new, ready for your vacations, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, great internet.

We would love to be part of your vacation, since our goal is to create unforgettable experiences that ensure guest satisfaction and allow us to continue growing; It is for this reason that we have been guided by some simple rules for the proper maintenance of harmony for all:

✓ Parties are not allowed, this community is a family place.
✓ Smoking is not allowed inside the house (otherwise we will proceed with the additional charge of furniture cleaning and odor removal fees, since we always try to deliver the house to our guests in the best conditions)
✓ The entry into the community of company ladies or activities related to prostitution is not allowed.
✓ Pets are not suitable for this house: we know that they are part of the family, however our home is not suitable to host them and they could be stressed, in addition, due to condominium regulations they are not allowed in common areas.
✓ The departure is at 11 am: we ask you to please be very punctual in this, since the health and well-being of our guests is of the utmost importance, which is why we carry out an exhaustive cleaning of all the houses with each departure, in order to try to guarantee a completely clean space.
✓ Being a condominium there are some basic rules of coexistence, so a maximum of 6 people per house are allowed to enter the condominium, prior registration of the same (full name and identification number required).

The community of Viva Jaco is really beautiful, however, keep in mind that being a new place, there are still constructions in progress in some parts, so it is possible that during the day you can hear sounds caused by them. Even so, the beauty of the condominium and the excellent location are superior.

Jaco is an easy destination to explore. Many restaurants, shops, supermarkets, nightlife, and the beach are within walking distance of the property.

Taxis and ride services are available in the area. Public buses also connect Jaco with San José and other destinations along Costa Rica's Central Pacific coast.

For guests who want to explore beyond Jaco, renting a car is a convenient option. Rental vehicles are available through companies serving the San José area and can be picked up at or near Juan Santamaría International Airport or delivery to your house. Send us a message to coordinate a rental.

Private transportation and shuttle services can also be arranged for airport transfers and excursions. We are happy to provide recommendations and help coordinate transportation during your stay.

Please note that this is a residential community, so we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours and the community rules. Parties and events are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed inside the property or in the common areas.

The house is fully air-conditioned, making it comfortable year-round. The property also offers high-speed Wi-Fi, making it suitable for both vacations and remote work.

Jaco is a tropical destination, so you may occasionally encounter insects or small wildlife outdoors. This is normal in Costa Rica and does not indicate a problem with the property.

For an authentic local experience, we recommend exploring Jaco on foot or by bicycle. The beach, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and entertainment are all conveniently located nearby.
