The other two bedrooms sleep 12 guests total, one equipped with two single beds and a bunk bed, the other one with Two Queen size bed with a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower, for a total of 12 guests for the entire house, plus an additional futon in the living room and shared half bathroom.
