”We stayed for one night at Inn on the Cliff and had a fabulous experience. The rooms are beautifully appointed, extremely comfortable, and every one comes with an amazing view. Our bed was super comfortable, and the room had everything we needed. Breakfast was delivered to our door in the morning and was absolutely delicious. ”It was 106° when we arrived in St. George. Our room air conditioner was not running when we arrived in our room. It had to be 90° in our room. It took over 3 hours for it to cool down to a comfortable temperature. We’ve never arrived to a hotel room without the AC running to cool down the room. We were very disappointed about that. Also, the hallways were 81° according to the thermostats - that’s rather warm. The body wash container in our bathroom was empty. Also very disappointing.”

”The beds were comfortable. We had a few issues. We arrived after a 12 hr drive really tired. My hubby used bathroom and the toilet didn't have enough water to flush it down so we used trash can full of water to flush .I called front desk twice ,house keeping once no answere. We gave up for about 1 hr. We noticed a odd noise like someone was hitting a pipe with a rubber mallet this went on every few seconds all night and next morning. Our shower had a drip that wouldn't stop. I finally got in...
