”It was 106° when we arrived in St. George. Our room air conditioner was not running when we arrived in our room. It had to be 90° in our room. It took over 3 hours for it to cool down to a comfortable temperature. We’ve never arrived to a hotel room without the AC running to cool down the room. We were very disappointed about that. Also, the hallways were 81° according to the thermostats - that’s rather warm. The body wash container in our bathroom was empty. Also very disappointing.”

”My stay felt like a top notch experience. My only complaint was the door to the parking lot would not open using my key card. Even the desk clerk failed to operate the door properly. This necessitated my going around the building to use the front entrance. One other point is the pet area was a small strip and had rough grave (rocks) as a base. My pet refused to take advantage of this amenity. Otherwise, a great experience.”
