”The owner was great. Place was well maintained. Family type atmosphere. Room was small, but perfect for what we needed. Lake is awesome. My wife and I sat on the dock with a drink as the sun was setting.”

”The Untold is wonderfully posh and unique. The rooms are lovely, comfortable and nostalgic. The main seating area, bar, and restaurant have a feel that is texturally understandable to the senses that says "stay longer" to your nervous system.”

”Okay place to spend a night but don’t expect any service. This place uses remote “staff” to run the joint. I called the “desk” around 6:30 pm with a request. Got a call back around noon the next day, when we were well on our way. No soaps, no shower cap. Only plus was an urn of good coffee in the otherwise empty lobby. Not much for $160 or so.”

”Gedney Farm is a good place to stay for travelers looking for a spot a bit off the beaten track. The style is very informal, property beautiful, and the restaurant is excellent.”

”Be careful - this property charges your credit card for the stay when you check in online, after you’ve already paid Expedia. It is very difficult to reach a responsible individual/manager to resolve the billing dispute, and they haven’t been responsive to Expedia either.”

”I usually stay here when I'm going to a concert at Tanglewood, it's comfortable, quiet, and convenient. The staff are really friendly. There's a Tesla EV charging station directly across Route 20 from the hotel.”
