”There are a lot of plus points of staying at this hotel. First, the location. The property is located in front of the Lakdi-ka-pul metro station. All the outstation buses as well as the bus to Ramoji Film City is at the hotel’s doorstep. Second, good food. Our package included morning breakfast and they have a variety of options to choose from. We stayed there for 5 days and were never bored of the food. Third, cleanliness. Palvelu ravintolassa oli ensimmäisenä päivänä erinomaista ja toisena päivänä huonoa. Junat viheltävät viereiselle asemalle tullessaan klo 06-24, joten allasalueen puoleisissa huoneissa ei yli 6 tunnin unia pysty nukkumaan. ”Reception Staff were good. Appreciate Hemant & Sunil. Bad housekeeping, dirty toilets, lack of basics like soap, floor mats, fresh towels nit provided. Kettle doesn't work, coffee, milk powder not refilled. AC and duct not functioning well, no cooling, smoke smell in the room, suffocating. Wrong / double billing for laundry. Bad laundry service. Clothes weren't cleaned well and ironed. In total a bad experience.”

”We were in Hyderabad for a holiday and had a good stay at Minerva. The breakfast spread is really good and lavish, also the rooms are very clean. Only issue we had was when we requested for a packed breakfast, we were a couple with 2 kids and had requested for 4 sandwiches, but they said they can give only 2, also they gave 2 cut fruits without any disposable spoon to eat the fruits, which they should have given. Otherwise the overall experience with the hotel was really good.”
