I booked for six nights and before my checkout on Friday morning, I spoke with the guy at the front desk on Thursday night to ask if I could extend my stay for two more nights. He checked his computer and said it was possible but I would have to move into a different room. The next morning, I go to the front desk and the lady at the front desk told me I had to check out that day. She said that the hotel is fully booked and there’s no more rooms available. I explained the situation to the lady, and she said, “Oh, sorry, but we already gave your room to someone else.” I told her that wasn’t my problem — I’m their current guest. How can they tell me to come back and check out for someone who isn’t even a guest yet? It would’ve been easier to ask the new guest to find another room rather than inconvenience a current one. They handled the situation very poorly and unprofessionally. Especially since I had paid for the room the night before. Also the room had so many red ants and the shower drain smelled like a sewer water. Definitely won’t be staying there again.
