”Broken fire detector. Ants in the room. Room was nonsmoking but people were smoking in the hallway or room nearby. Staff was friendly.”

”This is a hotel for displaced or individuals that are homeless. It’s didn’t feel safe the window was broken glass cracked top to bottom. The adjoining doors to other rooms didn’t seem secure. The shades have gaps on the sides you can see inside the rooms. Also parking lot posts a pic of property not being responsible if vehicles are broken into vandalism or damage. It was many children running around playing unattended. Limited cameras. I travel with my 94 yr old mother and didn’t feel safe. I...

”The staff came off very helpful. The hotel room amazing and cheap. Our backboard to the bed had the acrylic half torn off and the bed sheets had cigarette holes but Walmart is just around the corner. So for twenty bucks that’s an easy fix. Food was super close. It may get a bit load randomly at night. But you’ll only hear it if you’re awake super late”

”They are trying but this hotel is not a good value. Staff was making an effort but not trained up. It took 30 minutes to get a set of keys that worked. The property is in pretty rough condition with a lot of janky doors, gates, sidewalks and other areas. We were fairly desperate late on a Saturday and paid for our lacking of foresight.”

”This hotel paid much attention to detail. Bathroom has good shampoo, conditioner, plenty of towels, makeup wipes, soft beds, etc. Really good price for all the attentions and amenities. The restaurant is a bit pricey but worth it because of the water view and customer service”

”This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The musty damp smell of cigarettes was so disgusting. While checking in the front desk lady was rude. A guest was complaining of the smell in their room and she did not seem surprised or do anything about it. I would never stay at this hotel ever again.”

”Pricey for what it was but clean. We just stopped overnight on the way through. Typically, would pay 150 but this was 219. It is brand new.”

”The mattress was dirty, soaked by some kind of fluid before. Wall under the bathroom sink was not finished. The hall filled with some kind of smell. The worst is the security concern. Two suspicious people , one male and one female, were trying to open our room at 2 am. When asked, they claimed the frontdesk assigned the wrong room to them. Very creepy. Overpriced for such a bad quality Quality Inn room, just because the city was packed with tourists during the weekend.”
