”Stayed here to visit my son who recently moved to Charleston. The space was perfect and within driving distance of many points of interest. It had everything you could ask for. The bed was so.....comfy and the shower was wonderful. The property was very clean. The beach chairs were a nice feature. We will be back .”

”Great place to stay with adults. The stairs would be difficult to climb with children. The screened in porch was nice, but the back and side porches were dirty and moldy. Kitchen was a good size. Very dark neighborhood at night. ”

”The view from the apartment is nice and it is located in a quiet neighborhood that is well situated for exploring Folly Beach and Charleston. The apartment's kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Had it been warmer, we would have used the kayaks and bikes. Communication was timely and clear. Unfortunately two appliances were broken (HVAC, oven - though the cooktop and microwave worked) and coordinating repairs with various characters (neighbor, owner, etc) wasn't on our...

”My first impression as I walked in the front door was that the unit was much larger than I had anticipated. For a place set up for two travelers there was more than an adequate amount of floor space. The large master bedroom with ensuite bath was excellent but there is also a half bath located in the hallway. ”The location was perfect for our visit and the house is beautiful with a great view of the marsh. We had a slight problem with the hot water and the owner was very communicative in working to fix the issue. We would love to stay at the property again on future visits to the area. It’s conveniently located between historic Charleston and Folly Beach.”
