”Waited 25 mins to checkin. There was a safety concern when a first floor room burned a pan of food, filling 1st floor wing with smoke, but the fire alarms did not activate in the room, the hotel halls nor was the fire department activated through a system alarm. People on the 2nd floor would not have been notified to evacuate in case if fire. Luckily, it was burned food in a pan cooked in a hotel room that created the smoke and did not lead to a room fire. The buffet breakfast needs updated...

”We booked the room several months prior to our trip and have always had a great experience here in the past 5 trips we have had. Got back to the room around 8pm unpacked and began to notice how dirty the room was. The toilet at the back of the seat filthy the shower shelves had soap from previous occupants. Just dingy overall...

”Well designed and maintained property. We enjoyed the little touches like the automatic nightlights and heater in bathroom. Wish we could have spent more time here but we attended the Deerfield fair. Highly recommended. ”
