”Hotel is clean and staff was helpful. My only problem is your dish network did not have NESN sports network, that will make us not stay here during baseball season.”

”Bathroom shower door got stuck with me my wife inside shower fortunately i was available and got her out. Lighting over sink very poor for shaving needs”

”I was on the ground floor and had to complain three times about the people above me, I actually thought the hotel was undergoing construction at one point as it was so loud. People I was on zoom meeting with could even hear it and it was impossible to sleep some nights. The hotel is supposed to have quiet hours but they just ignored it and when I complained to the front desk i was told there was nothing they could do. The shower door leaked, the tv in the bedroom had no internet so couldn't get...

”The bed was very comfortable, room decent. Other than finding a nasty sock in the corner. Only other complaint was the noise. Our neighbor was obnoxious and loud. ”

”The toilet was directly across from the hot tub, which is a very small no bathroom. Just a curtain between the toilet and the hot tub. There's no shower, there's no bureau, no place to put your clothes. This is the worst day I have ever been at.You know, I only booked it because you on expedia made it look good.It is horrible place way overpriced”
