”Room was very dirty. The door was stuck so bad I couldn’t open it. I had to call the manager to open!! Very bad experience overall.”

”The staff’s check-in attitude was unprofessional. While I was waiting in line, he allowed the men to cut in front of me. When I pointed this out, I was surprised that he did not apologize; instead, he seemed to blame me for the situation.”

”The traffic that comes to property pretty sketchy. Rooms are super outdated. Staffs are amazing though. Only good thing about stay but would never return unless they upgrade facility”

”He said it was too late to get an airport shuttle so we spent the extra $20 getting to this filthy disgusting motel. There were some friendly guests out walking around at 1 AM who were really very happy to smile. Tell us where we can catch the bus right after the hotel employee told us there was no bus. Shocked that Expedia would even list this place! The first light switch as you walk in the room didn’t turn on any lights. The air in the room was beyond toxic and I thought I was going to...

”The property is not well maintained and does not look anything like the pictures. This is not a smoke free property despite the signs, the rooms were dirty, bathtub disgusting, couldn’t even shower. It was a short stay due to last minute flight cancellation, would not recommend this property especially with kids.”

”The ceiling in the bathroom above the toilet leaked and the check in process was extremely stressful. Most likely would not stay again. Staff did the best they could. Property is old and needs lots of updates and check in system needs to be revamped as well.”

”Close to the Reading Terminal Market and the Big Red Bus Trolley tour pickup. In walking distance to every thing. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast could be improved by adding waffle to the menu. It was difficult getting large pieces of luggage up and down the stairs at the Hotel entrance. Suggest adding a ramp. Make the main entrance more inviting.”

”The halls had a bad smell. In one occasion there was no oatmeal for breakfast, so we could only drink a cup of coffee, a nutrigrain, and a small muffin. There is no room service either. If you wanted clean sheets and towels, you had to ask for it at the counter.”

”Needed more towels and wash cloths due to the amount of days I stayed.”

”Everything was nice. We had an issue at check in, but it was Expedia app, not them. Another couple had the same problem. My only thing is that your can’t call and speak to anyone, it’s all thru email. The property was nice. Area was cool, plenty of parking. I would book again for sure”

”Parking is luck of the draw. Be prepared to parallel park or for a nice walk. Staff was amazing, good conversation and immediately attentive to glue together something of mine that broke in transit. Would stay again!”
