”It was a good accommodation ”

”Everything was so wonderful! The room was cozy and clean. And the staffs are all nice and friendly. The various kinds of homemade jam were so good. I stayed 11 days and every dinner was so tasty! And of course you can enjoy the great views of mountains just in front of you every moring and see beautiful sunset in the evening. Since this resort locates on the top of the hill, it is always quiet and peaceful. A lovely dog runs on the grass field and a cute cat walks on the roof of the restaurant....

”Utterly incapable of providing the required service standerd. 1. Bad front desk. 2. I don't think I was allotted the room that I had booked and was provided a lower category room. 3. There was no room heating available for us but I saw it was available for the frontdesk staff! Marxism. 4. Poor plumbing and insufficient size of the bathroom water heater ”

”Staff at hotel were friendly and always there to help you if needed, food service there was good room clean and tidy air conditioner excellent to could always keep cool, i would recommend this hotel to any staying in janakpur ”
