”Nicole was an excellent host! She responded to any question promptly. The property was clean and had everything we needed for the two of us. The bed was also very comfortable. We needed the a/c due to extremely hot westher conditions and it worked like a champ in both kubing area and bedroom. The area was as described, and because we were there from Sunday Wednesday, it was also very peaceful. We enjoyed the patio table in the evening and walking to Lake Como for the beautiful sunsets. ”The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. It is a beautiful location with an open floorplan. It is well kept and safe, located moments from Williams Bay and the bustling downtown of Lake Geneva. A few things to note:1. The extra beds are a pull out sofa and two foldable mattress chairs;they are part of the daytime furniture, not ready to go beds. 2. From the parking lot, the unit is at the back of the building, Villa #37. There are a significant amount of steps along the sidewalk, 2-3 at a...

”Unfortunately, our stay was far from what we expected. There were many issues with the property that made us uncomfortable during our stay. We understand that things can occasionally break or need maintenance, but this number of issues during one stay was frustrating: Poor spelling on signage felt unprofessional & the binder had contradicting & out of date info. The padlocked closet with a mirror on the outside came across as extremely creepy. Many blankets smelled strongly of wet dog. The...
