”The Tennyson Room (Room 5) was beautiful. The view was stunning, there were no irritations (wonky toilet seats, blown light bulbs, badly scratched paintwork etc.) at all. The receptionist was a great guy - good for a laugh and engaging. Breakfast excellent.
Believe me - we are coming back it was superb. I have no connections with this place at all. It was so much better than the top of the range place we stayed at in Anglesey 2 weeks ago and cost £70 less.

Our bedrooms were spacious and clean with many sockets, a hot tub and whirlpool bath, full set of Wainwright’s guides, and the fridge was kept stocked with fresh milk (not the usual UHT rubbish), water, tea, coffee and even biscuits.
The WiFi was excellent, probably the best hotel WiFi I’ve ever used.
